3,902,662+ building permits across Texas, Colorado, Florida, Arizona and California, pulled every morning from official public open-data feeds, normalized to one schema, and classified by trade. Take it as a daily feed, a CSV export, or a read API, current through 2026-10-05.

What's in every record
- Permit type & work class: new construction, re-roof, remodel, pool, solar, EV charger, panel upgrade, and more.
- Address: where the work is happening. Almost every record has one; ZIP and map coordinates come only where the source publishes them, and many markets publish neither.
- Valuation: the declared job value, where the source publishes it. Several markets, Harris County among them, publish none.
- Contractor: the company name where the record names one. The contractor's phone is on the record usually in Austin and Miami-Dade, about half the time in Orlando and about a third of the time in Mesa, which sometimes carries an email too. Some markets name no contractor at all.
- Trade classification: every permit mapped to a trade (~91% trade-mapping accuracy on a 500-permit Texas manual sample, June 2026; not yet measured outside Texas, see our methodology).
- Adjacent-buyer signal: the trades that should act next, pre-tagged.
